I am so excited to be a part of the "Run Like a Girl" retreat-- and not just for the awesome 10 k run on Saturday morning.(YES I LOVE to run!!!) I am excited because I get to speak to amazing women about balanced living, healthy lifestyle and optimizing your life!! Those of you who know me, know that this is a passion of mine and I am so excited to share my passion with you!!!
Join me August 12th at the Zermott for a great day full of inspired presentations given by amazing and passionate women (like me :) I will be speaking at around 2 pm, so if you can't spend your day with me, then spend an hour or so instead. Then stick around for the super fun 5K or 10k (your choice) the following morning !! It is going to a weekend full of education, edification, inspiration and wellness that you won't want to miss!!
